The name of the Corporation has been changed from Telangana Police Housing Corporation Limited to Telangana Police Housing Infratech & Consultancy Services Corp Limited vide G.O.Ms No.121, Home(Services-III) Department, Government of Telangana, Dt:18-10-2025 undertake additional objectives in the Technology Services. The orders for the additional objectives are awaited from the Government.

The TGPICS Ltd is a State Level Public Sector Undertaking fully owned by the Government of Telangana. The Corporation is headed by a Senior Police Officer as its Managing Director and managed by the Board of Directors nominated by the Government of Telangana under the Home Department.
